Job summary

Compleat Kidz in North Carolina is seeking a board-certified BCBA to join our hybrid in-clinic and remote team. You will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and monitor learner progress to ensure positive outcomes for children and families.

The ideal candidate holds a current BCBA certification, a Master's degree in ABA or related field, and NC licensure or eligibility.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• NC licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
• Excellent assessment, case management, and documentation abilities
• Ability to pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Supervise RBTs and provide direct clinical support
• Monitor learner progress and adjust programs as needed
• Partner with families and caregivers through education and collaboration
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and funding guidelines
