Job summary

Compleat Kidz in North Carolina is seeking a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This full-time role combines in-clinic and remote work, with supervision of RBTs and direct clinical support for children and families.

Ideal candidates hold BCBA certification, a Master’s degree in ABA, and NC licensure or eligibility. Strong communication and leadership skills, plus meticulous documentation, are essential for success in this collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide direct clinical support.
• Monitor learner progress and adjust programs as needed.
• Partner with families and caregivers through education and collaboration.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and funding guidelines.
