Job summary

Compleat Kidz in North Carolina is seeking a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee functional assessments and treatment planning in a flexible in-clinic plus remote setting. The role focuses on leading a team of RBTs, ensuring high-quality services, and maintaining compliant records.

The ideal candidate holds BCBA certification, a Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or Education, and NC licensure (or eligibility).

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification.
• NC licensure or eligibility to obtain prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide direct clinical support.
• Monitor learner progress and adjust programs as needed.
• Partner with families and caregivers through education and collaboration.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and funding guidelines.
