Job summary

Compleat Kidz in Huntersville, NC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time hybrid in-clinic + remote role. You'll conduct assessments, develop plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to drive meaningful outcomes for children.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and NC licensure or eligibility.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills; able to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide direct clinical support.
• Monitor learner progress and adjust programs as needed.
• Partner with families and caregivers through education and collaboration.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation per ethical and funding guidelines.
