Job summary

Compleat Kidz in the United States is seeking a Hybrid BCBA to join our team. You will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop individualized plans, supervise RBTs, monitor progress, and collaborate with families to support meaningful outcomes.

As a full-time hybrid role, you will work in-clinic and remotely, with relocation assistance, a 401(k) match, and CEUs through Jade Health. Candidates must hold BCBA certification, a master's in a related field, and NC licensure eligibility.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• NC licensure (or eligibility to obtain prior to start).
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Excellent assessment, case management, and documentation abilities.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide direct clinical support.
• Monitor learner progress and adjust programs as needed.
• Partner with families and caregivers through education and collaboration.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and funding guidelines.
