Job summary

Compleat Kidz in North Carolina is seeking a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead individualized ABA programs and supervise RBTs.

This full-time role blends in-clinic work with remote collaboration, strong team support, and ongoing CEU opportunities to support professional growth and high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide direct clinical support.
• Monitor learner progress and adjust programs as needed.
• Partner with families and caregivers through education and collaboration.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and funding guidelines.

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• NC licensure (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
• Excellent assessment, case management, and documentation abilities
• Ability to pass a background check
