Compleat Kidz in North Carolina (Gastonia) is seeking a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time role that blends in-clinic and remote work. You’ll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to support learners.

We offer a flexible hybrid schedule, strong in-clinic support, ongoing collaboration with BCBAs and related professionals, and competitive compensation with relocation assistance and 401(k) matching.

Competenze

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• NC licensure or eligibility to obtain prior to start.
