Job summary

Compleat Kidz is seeking a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Salisbury, NC for a full-time role with in-clinic and remote work. The BCBA will conduct assessments, supervise RBTs, monitor learner progress, and collaborate with families to implement individualized plans.

The ideal candidate holds BCBA certification, a Master's degree in a related field, and NC licensure eligibility, with strong communication and leadership skills to ensure high-quality care and ethical

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification.
• NC licensure or eligibility to obtain prior to start.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Experience with behavior analysis and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide direct clinical support.
• Monitor learner progress and adjust programs as needed.
• Partner with families and caregivers through education and collaboration.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and funding guidelines.
