Job summary

Compleat KiDZ is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a hybrid in-clinic and remote role in North Carolina. You will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, monitor progress, and partner with families for education and collaboration.

We offer a $100,000 base salary, relocation assistance, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Supervise RBTs and provide direct clinical support
• Monitor learner progress and adjust programs as needed
• Partner with families and caregivers through education and collaboration
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and funding guidelines

What We're Looking For
