Job summary

Compleat KiDZ is seeking a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in North Carolina. The role offers 20 hours in-clinic and 20 hours remote weekly, with strong in-clinic support and collaboration with BCBAs, OTs, PTs, and SLPs.

You will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, monitor learner progress, and partner with families while maintaining compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• NC licensure (or eligibility to obtain prior to start).
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Excellent assessment, case management, and documentation abilities.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide direct clinical support.
• Monitor learner progress and adjust programs as needed.
• Partner with families and caregivers through education and collaboration.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and funding guidelines.
