Job summary

Compleat KiDZ seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid full-time role in North Carolina, combining in-clinic and remote work. The position offers a strong salary and collaborative team support, with opportunities to lead and supervise RBTs.

You will conduct functional assessments, develop treatment plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with families while ensuring compliant documentation and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• NC licensure or eligibility to obtain prior to start.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide direct clinical support.
• Monitor learner progress and adjust programs as needed.
• Partner with families and caregivers through education and collaboration.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and funding guidelines.
