Job summary

Compleat Kidz is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our hybrid team in Greensboro, NC. This full-time role blends in-clinic and remote work to deliver high-quality ABA therapy for children and families.

You will conduct functional assessments, develop individualized plans, supervise RBTs, monitor progress, and partner with families and caregivers. Active BCBA certification, a master's in ABA or related field, and NC licensure (or eligibility) are required.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• NC licensure (or eligibility to obtain prior to start).
• Excellent assessment, case management, and documentation abilities.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Supervise RBTs and provide direct clinical support
• Monitor learner progress and adjust programs as needed
• Partner with families and caregivers through education and collaboration
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and funding guidelines
