ASAT: ABA a Step At A Time care in Annapolis, MD seeks an experienced BCBA to lead treatment planning and supervise RBTs, collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.

The ideal candidate holds a BCBA certification with MD licensure, a Master’s in ABA, and experience in assessments, program development, and insurance protocols. We offer flexible schedules, a hybrid work model, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• MD LBA licensure in Maryland required.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience with early learning curriculum scope and sequence.
• Experience conducting functional and skill-based assessments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct functional and skill-based assessments and adjust goals.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams for client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical, regulatory, and payer standards.
• Improve clinical SOPs.
