Job summary

ABA A Step At A Time Care (ASAT) is seeking an experienced BCBA to join our clinician-led team in Concord, NC. We value outcomes-driven practices and partner with families to transform lives through individualized ABA programs.

You will supervise RBTs, develop treatment plans, conduct functional assessments, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams while adhering to ethical and payer standards.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Current NC LBA licensure required.
• Experience with early learning curriculum.
• Experience with functional and skill-based assessments.
• Experience identifying goals for in-center, in-home, in-school, in-community programs for individuals with autism.
• Experience providing training and supervision to RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Experience with parent training and conveying importance of ABA treatment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct functional and skill-based assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical, regulatory, and payer standards.
• Proactively improve company clinical standard operating procedures.
