Job summary

ABA A Step At A Time Care (ASAT) seeks an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead treatment planning and supervision. The position supports families, collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, and ensures ethical, evidence-based ABA practices.

The role offers hybrid work arrangements in Matthews, NC and opportunities for professional development, research involvement, and performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and NC LBA licensure.
• Master's degree in ABA or related field required.
• Experience conducting functional and skill-based assessments.
• Experience identifying goals for in-center, in-home, in-school programs for individuals with autism.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct functional and skill-based assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical, regulatory, and payer standards.
• Proactively improve company clinical standard operating procedures.
