ASAT: ABA a Step At a Time care in Wake Forest, NC seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead evidence-based ABA programs and supervise RBTs. The role emphasizes collaboration with families and a commitment to ethical standards and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

BCBA certification required.
NC LBA licensure required.
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
Experience with early learning curriculum and ABA assessments.
Experience supervising RBTs and providing training.

Responsibilities

Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
Conduct functional and skill-based assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
Maintain compliance with ethical, regulatory, and payer standards.
Proactively improve company clinical standard operating procedures.
