ASAT: ABA a Step At a Time care, a parent-founded and clinician-led ABA company, seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a hybrid Greensboro, NC setting. We value client outcomes, ongoing professional development, and mentorship to transform lives through evidence-based practices.

The BCBA will develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, perform assessments, and collaborate with families to ensure success while adhering to ethical and payer standards.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• NC LBA licensure required.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct functional and skill-based assessments and adjust goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical, regulatory, and payer standards.
• Proactively improve clinical SOPs and procedures.
