At The Treetop ABA, we seek a full-time BCBA to join a clinician-led, hybrid role blending in-center ABA with weekly work-from-home opportunities. Expect a balanced caseload and mentorship from experienced BCBAs.

The role emphasizes ethical, evidence-based care for children with developmental needs, with robust benefits including extensive PTO, medical/dental/vision coverage, and professional growth support.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Georgia LBA licensure required.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small caseload to support high-quality, individualized care.
• Develop and oversee ABA treatment plans tailored to client needs.
• Conduct assessments and track progress through data-driven decision making.
• Supervise and support Behavior Technicians / RBTs.
• Collaborate with families and other care providers for cohesive support.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and compliance.
• Stay current with ABA research, best practices, and ethical standards.
