ABA Centers of Florida is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Wesley Chapel, FL. This full-time role offers a starting rate of $85K per year and a strong benefits package.

You will design and supervise ABA programs, conduct assessments, and mentor RBTs and caregivers to ensure high-quality care for children with autism. We emphasize growth, ongoing training, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Initiate state licensure process prior to start date optional.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Background/drug screening and driving record clean.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
