Job summary

ABA Centers of Florida is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the Valrico/Tampa area. This full-time role offers a starting pay range of $85k-$100k per year, with final compensation determined by experience and education.

You will design and oversee behavior-analytic programs and supervise RBTs and caregivers to deliver high-quality care. We provide a supportive environment with opportunities for growth, mentorship, and access to resources to advance your BCBA career.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Initiate state licensure before start date if required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee RBT and caregiver implementation of programs.
• Conduct assessments (functional, preference, staff performance) as needed.
• Supervise colleagues seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Perform typical BCBA duties.
