Job summary

ABA Centers of Florida is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Wesley Chapel, FL to design and supervise behavior-analytic programs for children with autism. You will lead RBTs and caregivers, perform functional and preference assessments, and supervise others pursuing BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and current BCBA certification.
• Active state licensure and ability to supervise BCBA certification candidates.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience in ABA and therapy supervision.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
• Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers
• Conduct assessments (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment)
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly
