ABA Centers of Florida in Wesley Chapel, FL is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time role. Starting rate is $85K per year with compensation determined by experience, training, and education.

Position includes student loan forgiveness up to $24K and extensive growth opportunities. Responsibilities include designing and overseeing behavior-analytic programs, supervising RBTs, and conducting functional and preference assessments.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Initiate state licensure before start date if required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to maintain clean background and drug screenings.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee the implementation of programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to behavioral interventions.
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Perform other typical BCBA activities.
