Job summary

Jobot is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team in the Long Beach, CA area. You will design and oversee individualized ABA programs for children with autism and collaborate with families and staff to drive progress.

The role requires an active BCBA certification and a master's in ABA or related field with at least one year of program design experience. We offer base salary $80,000–$87,000, plus up to $12,000 in annual bonus, generous PTO and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and a master's degree in ABA or related field.
• At least one year of experience designing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism.
• Hands-on experience with assessments such as VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee individualized ABA programs for children with autism.
• Conduct a range of standardized assessments.
