Job summary

Jobot is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team! This is a full-time, permanent position where you will design and implement ABA programs for individuals with ASD and other behavioral needs.

You will work with medical professionals to ensure high-quality, individualized care; minimum 3 years of experience required. Salary ranges from $100,000 to $115,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of ABA therapy experience.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD).
• Strong ABA knowledge and data-driven decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work with diverse groups and maintain confidentiality.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Ability to pass a background check; bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and design ABA plans.
• Provide supervision to RBTs and direct care staff.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans using data.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
• Provide direct therapy as needed.
• Conduct parent training and family support.
• Maintain accurate client progress records.
• Adhere to BACB guidelines and ethics.
• Engage in ongoing professional development.
