Behavior Frontiers is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in California. The role offers a salary of $87,000–$97,000 per year plus bonuses. We seek BCBAs with a master’s in ABA or a related field and at least 1 year designing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism.

Responsibilities include program design, VB-MAPP/Vineland/ABLLS/Brigance/FBA assessments, and collaboration with families. Excellent benefits and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Certified BCBA with a master's degree in ABA or related field
• At least 1 year of experience designing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism
• Hands-on experience conducting VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA assessments
