Job summary

ABA Centers of Georgia in Douglasville, GA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and supervise behavior-analytic programs for children with autism. You will oversee BCBA-approved protocols, conduct functional assessments, and mentor RBTs and caregivers in implementing intervention plans.

The role is full-time with a competitive salary of $95,000 to $120,000, relocation assistance up to $15K, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Initiate state licensure prior to start date (if required).
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
• Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee implementation of programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to behavioral intervention (preference, functional, staff performance).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Other typical BCBA activities.
