ABA Centers of Georgia is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and supervise ABA therapy programs for children and families in Georgia. This full-time BCBA role offers a relocation package up to $15K and opportunities for mentorship and leadership within a growing organization.

You will design and monitor skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans, supervise RBTs, and conduct assessments to guide individualized interventions, while advancing your clinical leadership and

Qualifications

• Master's degree required or higher in a relevant field.
• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Initiate state licensure process before start date if not yet licensed.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Other typical BCBA activities.
