The Lawrenceville, GA position offers a salary range of $95,000–$120,000 annually, with a $20,000 sign-on bonus for a limited time, plus relocation up to $15,000 and student loan forgiveness up to $24,000.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Initiate state licensure process prior to start date.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Background checks and driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee behavior-analytic program implementation by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments (preference, functional, staff performance).
• Supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Perform other typical BCBA activities.
