Job summary

Kids Therapy Tower LLC in Florida is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our compassionate team and develop effective interventions for children with autism and developmental disabilities.

You will supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, and implement ABA-based strategies while collaborating with families and other professionals to improve client outcomes.

The role emphasizes data collection, HIPAA-compliant documentation, and ongoing training for caregivers and staff.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
• Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Ability to supervise RBTs and complete competency assessments.
• HIPAA compliant patient documentation and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Supervise RBTs work and complete competency assessments for supervisees.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs and develop treatment plans.
• Implement ABA-based interventions based on applied behavior analysis.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust plans.
• Provide training to parents, caregivers, and staff on behavior management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for holistic client care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA.
• Participate in intake processes ensuring proper records and terminology.
