Job summary

The Treetop ABA is seeking a full-time BCBA to lead clinical care for children with autism in Matthews, NC. You will conduct FBAs, develop individualized plans, and oversee play-based ABA therapy in-clinic and at home, with weekly supervision of RBTs and ABATs.

You’ll work collaboratively with a compassionate team to drive measurable outcomes. We offer a base salary of $85,000–$100,000 with monthly bonus opportunities, a sign-on bonus, and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (North Carolina LBA) is required.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• A compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in clinic and support home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
