Job summary

The Treetop ABA in Raeford, NC is seeking a full-time BCBA to lead clinical care and mentor staff. This cooperative, clinician-led team emphasizes ethics, support, and growth, with a focus on delivering high-quality ABA services.

You will conduct FBAs, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with peers to ensure outstanding client outcomes while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification (required).
• North Carolina LBA licensed required.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
