Job summary

The Treetop ABA in Greensboro, NC seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical care in-center. You will conduct FBAs, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with BCBA-led teams to deliver evidence-based autism services.

This in-center, weekday-only role offers a base salary of $85,000–$100,000 with monthly bonuses, WFH options, and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, 401(k), and student loan assistance.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification (required)
• North Carolina LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) required
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• A compassionate, team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver clinic-based ABA therapy and support families with home/community goals
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality and consistency of client outcomes
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development
