Job summary

The Treetop ABA is a clinician-led team in Fayetteville, NC, seeking a BCBA to lead clinical care with in-home services. You will conduct FBAs, develop individualized treatment plans, and supervise teammates to ensure high-quality outcomes while maintaining a healthy work‑life balance.

With a Monday–Friday schedule and optional WFH, the role offers a competitive base salary range of $85,000–$100,000 plus monthly bonus opportunities and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification required.
• North Carolina LBA licensed required.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in clinic and support families with home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality and client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
