Job summary

Already Autism Health in Winston-Salem, NC, is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinic and home-based services. This full-time role offers a dynamic environment with opportunities to lead assessments, design BIPs, and supervise technicians.

You will work with families, collect and analyze data, stay current with ABA research, and participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Must be a BCBA in good standing.
• Master's degree or higher in applied behavior analysis, psychology, special education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and strategies.
• CPR and First Aid certifications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs.
• Provide direct ABA services and data collection/analysis.
• Supervise and train behavior technicians and team members.
• Collaborate with parents/caregivers and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate client records and progress notes.
• Stay current with ABA research and best practices.
