The Treetop ABA, based in North Carolina, seeks a BCBA to lead clinical care from Sanford. You’ll perform FBAs, develop treatment plans, and deliver play-based ABA in clinic or clients' homes. This clinician-led team offers growth, mentorship, and flexible options while maintaining high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification (required)
• North Carolina LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) required
• Experience working with children with autism or development disabilities preferred
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in clinic or home-based settings
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality and outcomes
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development
