Job summary

The Treetop ABA Therapy is seeking a BCBA to lead clinical care across North Carolina. You will conduct FBAs, develop individualized treatment plans, and supervise RBTs and ABATs in clinic and home settings.

You will benefit from a Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends, with WFH options and a salary range of $85,000–$100,000 plus monthly bonuses and a sign-on bonus. Join a supportive, clinician-led team focused on ethical and outcomes-driven care.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification required.
• North Carolina LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) required.
• Experience with autism/developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in clinic and home/community settings.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure high-quality client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
