Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education or related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• Minimum 3 years of ABA therapy and behavior analysis experience.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other behavioral needs.
• Strong ABA knowledge and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and design individualized plans.
• Provide supervision to RBTs and direct care staff.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans using data-driven methods.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
• Deliver direct therapy services as needed.
• Perform parent training and ongoing family support.
• Maintain accurate client progress records.
• Follow BACB ethical guidelines and professional standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training.
