Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is expanding in Maryland and seeking exceptional Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team. We offer full-time or part-time roles with sign-on and relocation bonuses, designed to support quality care and staff growth in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Valid BCBA certificate and Maryland LBA license.
• Experience working with children and teens diagnosed with ASD and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments.
• Design treatment plans of care.
• Supervise and monitor the progress of behavior technicians.
• Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with goals tailored to the individual.
• Supervise and train ABA technicians; implement, model and monitor progress of individualized behavior support and skill plans.
