Job summary

Able Minds ABA in West Virginia is seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. You will provide ABA therapy to children with autism, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while conducting assessments and progress reviews.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA or CABA certification required.
• Experience with children with autism preferable.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy to children with autism using evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including therapists and SLPs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and monitor progress to adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate client records and progress reports.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.
