Job summary

Able Minds ABA in Morgantown, WV, seeks a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join a dynamic, collaborative team. The role focuses on data-driven ABA therapy for children with autism, with no caseload and flexible scheduling to support clinicians and families.

The BCBA will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, conduct assessments, and work with BCBAs, RBTs, and SLPs to ensure comprehensive care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field.
• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the BACB.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify areas of strength and need for each individual.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our team of professionals.
• Provide ABA therapy sessions to children with autism, using evidence-based techniques and strategies.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with our team of professionals, including BCBAs, RBTs, and SLPs, to ensure comprehensive support for each individual.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans.
