Job summary

Able Minds ABA is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in WV. You will work on flexible scheduling with no caseload, delivering high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism in a collaborative setting.

Join our multidisciplinary team to assess, develop, and implement individualized plans, analyze data, and support behavior technicians while maintaining accurate client records. Competitive pay and supportive environment offered.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification from BACB.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
• At least 1 year of ABA therapy experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism.
• Conduct assessments, program development, and data analysis.
• Guide and support behavior technicians and team members.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client progress.
• Maintain accurate records and reports for client files.
