Job summary

Able Minds ABA in West Virginia is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This role focuses on providing high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism while offering a flexible schedule and no caseload.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, conduct assessments, develop programs, analyze data, and support behavior technicians. Requirements include BCBA certification, a master's degree, and at least one year of ABA experience, with evenings

Qualifications

Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from BACB.
Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
At least 1 year of ABA therapy experience, in clinical or educational settings.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans with input from a multidisciplinary team.
Conduct assessments, program development, and data analysis to monitor progress.
Supervise and support behavior technicians to ensure consistent therapy delivery.
Participate in regular team meetings and maintain client records and reports.
Collaborate to ensure high-quality ABA services for children with autism.
