Job summary

Able Minds ABA in Martinsburg, WV is seeking a licensed BCBA to join our collaborative team. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism, conduct assessments, and monitor progress using data-driven decisions.

With no caseload, you will have the flexibility to focus on therapy quality, collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, and SLPs, and contribute to high-quality ABA services for families in need.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and collaboration skills required.
• Master's degree in ABA and BCBA certification mandatory.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities recommended.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify strengths and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with the team.
• Provide ABA therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and guide decisions.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, and SLPs to ensure holistic support.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, progress notes, and plans.
