The Treetop ABA in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical care in a supportive, clinician-led environment. You will deliver evidence-based ABA therapy, conduct FBAs, and guide families toward meaningful home and community goals.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification is required.
• North Carolina LBA license is required.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
