Job summary

The Treetop ABA in Raeford, NC is seeking a BCBA to lead assessment and treatment planning in-clinic with opportunities for remote work. You will conduct FBAs, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with a supportive, BCBA-led team.

Competitive salary range $85,000-$100,000 base with monthly bonus opportunities and a sign-on bonus. Schedule Monday–Friday, no nights or weekends, and WFH options available; comprehensive benefits and paid time off included.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification required.
• North Carolina LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) required.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
