Job summary

The Treetop ABA Therapy is seeking a full-time BCBA in Raeford, NC to deliver high-quality ABA care in-center. You will supervise staff, conduct FBAs, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a supportive team.

Salary ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 base plus monthly bonuses and a sign-on bonus. Schedule is Monday through Friday with no nights or weekends; work-from-home options are available to accommodate balance.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• North Carolina LBA license required.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
