Job summary

Developmental Pathways Inc. is seeking BCBA professionals to assess individuals on the autism spectrum and craft tailored intervention plans. You’ll collaborate with a team of therapists to ensure progress and high-quality care.

Flexible scheduling with full-time and part-time options, including telehealth where appropriate. Travel to client sites is required, with growth opportunities toward leadership roles in the organization.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Current BCBA certification (BACB).
• CA driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel.
• Ability to pass FBI/DOJ clearance and background check.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and create intervention programs.
• Provide supervision to staff and BCBA candidates with CEUs.
• Develop and monitor client progress with detailed reports.
• Travel to client homes/offices for assessments, meetings, and training.
• Ensure compliance with insurance expectations and data collection.
