Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field required.
• Current BCBA certification through the BACB is mandatory.
• Bilingual candidates (Spanish) are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and create intervention programs.
• Provide supervision to staff and ensure service delivery quality.
• Travel to client homes and offices for assessments and training.
