Job summary

Developmental Pathways in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a qualified BCBA to assess individuals on the autism spectrum, develop and supervise VB-MAPP, Vineland, AFLS based interventions, and ensure ongoing progress.

You will supervise staff, provide CEUs, travel to client homes, and work in a flexible, hybrid setup with full-time or part-time options. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA required.
• Current BCBA certification (BACB); Spanish language skills a plus.
• CA driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to pass FBI/DOJ background check.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland, AFLS, etc.) and create individualized behavior intervention programs.
• Provide supervision to Program Managers, Behavior Therapists (RBTs, BTs), and BCBA candidates.
• Develop and monitor client progress with detailed progress reports and monthly updates.
• Supervise staff and provide ongoing supervision hours and CEUs.
• Travel to client homes and offices for assessments, meetings, and training.
• Ensure insurance compliance and maintain data collection and analysis.
