Job summary

Developmental Pathways is seeking a licensed BCBA to work with individuals on the autism spectrum, conducting assessments and creating behavior intervention plans. You will supervise program managers, BTs/RBTs, and BCBA candidates, and travel to client homes as needed.

The role offers flexible scheduling (full-time or part-time), opportunities for growth within the company, and comprehensive benefits. Location: Orange County region.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA required.
• Current BCBA certification (BACB) required.
• CA driver's license and willingness to travel for client visits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Provide supervision to Program Managers, RBTs/BTs, and BCBA candidates.
• Develop and monitor client progress with detailed reports and monthly updates.
• Provide ongoing supervision hours and CEUs to staff.
• Travel to client homes and offices for assessments, meetings, and training.
• Ensure compliance with insurance expectations and data collection/analysis.
